This vintage wild rose bud design was a little bit of a challenge because of the leaves. It was very hard to not throw more colors into them. Many traditional bandolier bags use a lot of color blocking with a contrasting bead for the vein of the leaves, so we went with a very classic dark cool green with a dark green. The bud is of course chayenne pink. The topaz, transparent chayenne pink, yellows, and blue edgework are all vintage beads. The rest are a combination of sheen and czech beads. This was the first pair that we did the the drop, with a very strong vision before even starting!
Measures 2.25 × 2 inches (excluding kidney hook) backed with smoked brain tanned deer hide.
